Senior Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer (Pipelines).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to shape upcoming features or fixes
• Investigate and resolve issues in production systems from symptom to root cause
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help steer the technical direction of the product

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering
• Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex Ruby on Rails applications in production
• Comfortable working with performance at scale and using observability tools
• Understanding of good development practices, including writing clear commits and reliable tests
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to various roles as needed
