Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned trouble incidents to resolution
Provide mentoring and training to engineers in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Assist in installation of upgrades, patches, and recovery from backups

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or Business, or a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
7+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting on enterprise-level products
Experience in VOIP technologies and troubleshooting in complex environments
Knowledge of best practice frameworks such as Six Sigma or ITIL
Ability to analyze complex information system data and adapt to new technologies
