Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a technical expert within a product team, the full-time Senior Engineer will focus on enabling Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and customer engagement by building backend Java services, integrations, and data pipelines to support campaign execution and customer data activation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations across Java services and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support scalable campaign activation
• Build reliable and performant software solutions while improving system stability and maintainability
• Coach junior engineers and share best practices in modern development techniques and integration patterns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a strong understanding of software development practices
• Expertise in debugging code and complex log files for troubleshooting product defects
• Proficient in querying databases for complex data operations and performing code reviews
• Sound knowledge of systems design concepts that ensure security and stability
