Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Accountable for Technology, Infrastructure, & Operations projects impacting company security and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Engineer will maintain applications and systems while providing third-tier support and strategic planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the deployment and expansion of the technology operations environment
• Identify potential problems with operational services and develop effective solutions
• Provide on-call infrastructure support during non-business hours

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or relevant technology certifications
• Four to eight years of experience in implementing systems and networking in large managed environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating environments, particularly M365 technologies, AVD, and Cloud PC technologies
• Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within small interactive teams of technical and non-technical associates
