Senior Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the architectural vision and technical direction for scalable, AI-powered software, the full-time Senior Engineer will lead full stack teams in a fully remote environment, utilizing modern languages and advanced frameworks to create platforms for global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Define multi-year architectural direction and shape engineering roadmaps for full stack systems and AI-driven products
- Guide the design and development of solutions across frontend and backend technologies, ensuring innovation through AI/ML integration
- Oversee engineering delivery across multiple squads, championing best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and security
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep experience in modern full stack development and cloud-native systems
- Hands-on expertise with advanced languages and frameworks such as Python, Go, TypeScript, and React
- Strong command of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code
