Senior Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Money Movement team, the full-time Senior Engineer will design, develop, and support secure and scalable payment capabilities while collaborating with teammates and delivering high-quality software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop core software for payment processing, ensuring stability and scalability
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and contribute to product planning
• Coach and mentor junior engineers, sharing new techniques and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Expertise in Java applications development, particularly with Spring Boot
• Sound knowledge of systems design concepts that ensure security and stability
• Experience in debugging code and complex log files for troubleshooting product defects
