Senior Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Money Movement team, the full-time Senior Engineer will design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable solutions for AutoPay, check processing, and fraud detection while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions that enhance payment processing and fraud controls
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and improve software stability and scalability
• Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of SDLC practices
• Proficient in Java development using Spring Boot and capable of debugging complex code and log files
• Experience with version control and systems design concepts that ensure security and stability
• Expertise in querying databases for complex data operations
