Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership for the Suitability product team, the full-time Senior Engineer will support compliance and regulatory checks, drive engineering practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution team through engineering challenges and design innovative software solutions
• Promote automation, cloud-hosted solutions, and AI-enabled tools while tracking engineering improvement metrics
• Mentor team members on technical challenges and drive adherence to engineering standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software development
• 7+ years of experience in Java and the Spring framework
• 5+ years leveraging database platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle
• 3+ years of experience with event-driven and microservices design
