Senior Engineer, AI/ML
Job Summary
To support a multi-tenant automotive SaaS platform, the full-time Senior Engineer, AI/ML will build production agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, focusing on agent logic, tool orchestration, and performance evaluation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production agents with a focus on tool orchestration and multi-agent workflows
- Implement evaluation harnesses and CI/CD gates to ensure quality and performance of deployed agents
- Manage cost and latency tracking for agent workflows to optimize efficiency and profitability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production of LLM agents in a code-first framework
- Strong proficiency in Python and ability to read and contribute to Java (Spring Boot) services
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, EventBridge, and DynamoDB
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluating LLM output quality in production environments
- Business-conscious judgment with a focus on problem-solving and customer value
