Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for platform technology and analyze application performance

Required Qualifications

• ITIL certification preferred
• Experience with Azure, SQL Development, and Production Application Support
• Experience in troubleshooting and software development
• Knowledge of information security and infrastructure is a plus
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and support platform technology
