Senior Engineer - Automated Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Distinguished Engineer - Automated Governance (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer automated governance systems that integrate compliance into the developer workflow
• Define safety protocols for agentically-produced code in collaboration with Risk and Agentic Platform teams
• Simplify complex regulatory requirements into automated technical solutions while driving technical impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on backend systems and security protocols
• At least 7 years of experience in building resilient, production-critical infrastructure
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in complex regulated environments and designing compliance-as-code frameworks (preferred)
