Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AV performance metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues
• Coordinate operational execution across diverse teams to assess AV performance in various environments and conditions
• Communicate technical performance and execution options to executives through data-driven presentations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in autonomous solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong background in statistics and data analysis
• Ability to understand complex technology stacks and their impact on system performance
• Experience working with executives and making decisions in high-pressure situations
