Senior Engineer - CIAM Directory

Job Summary

Senior Engineer - CIAM Directory, a full-time, salaried position responsible for the architecture, engineering, and operational stability of Ping Directory within the Customer Identity and Access Management platform, while providing technical leadership and advanced operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Ping Directory and related components
• Design and maintain highly available, scalable directory architectures and support CIAM platform integrations
• Provide L3/L4 operational support and develop operational documentation for directory services

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience designing and supporting enterprise directory services
• Deep hands-on expertise with Ping Directory, including schema management and performance tuning
• Strong knowledge of LDAP-based directory services and identity data lifecycle management
• Experience integrating directory platforms with Ping Federate and API-driven CIAM solutions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in high-availability environments
