Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Coupa and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, leading design and support

• Manage system enhancements and oversee integrations between Coupa and core financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering focusing on Coupa and P2P processes
• Strong expertise in ERP/Finance platforms and their integration with procurement tools
• Proven track record in process automation and workflow optimization
• In-depth understanding of finance and procurement operations
• Experience with stakeholder management and advanced support for escalated issues
