Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with their support tickets
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver high-level solutions
  • Engage in fast response communication through chat conversations for urgent inquiries

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in customer/technical support or similar roles
  • Expertise in handling API and complex technical issues
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and various tools and software
  • Ability to work independently in remote settings and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in non-English languages with a C1 rating or higher (certificate preferred)
