Senior Engineer, Development Engineering

Job Summary

Senior Engineer, Development Engineering is a full-time position responsible for developing site constraints for utility-scale clean energy projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage project CAD constraints throughout the development cycle
• Support site assessments and review potential sites for project viability
• Ensure engineering project information is organized and provide support during the EPC design phase

Required Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field, preferably Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of engineering experience in the utility-scale solar industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Commercially-minded with the ability to see design impacts on the bigger picture
• Familiarity with modeling tools like PVCase or PVFarm is preferred but not required
