Senior Engineer - Fleet Management

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience and asset reliability, the full-time Senior Engineer - Fleet Management will provide technical support for Gas Power assets in Europe, collaborating with various engineering teams and serving as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support installed base for European customers, addressing issues related to fleet configuration, service bulletins, and outage management
• Lead technical meetings with customers to communicate risks, performance insights, and engineering recommendations
• Drive outage productivity and collaborate with Monitoring and Diagnostics teams to improve asset performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in the Gas Power Energy Sector
• 5+ years of experience in Power Plant engineering, field service, or customer support
• Proven ability to lead Lean transformation initiatives
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
