Senior Engineer, HHA

Job Summary

To support the development of Health Hazard Assessments (HHAs) globally, the full-time Senior Engineer, HHA will lead project teams, ensure timely completion of assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HHA project teams to write and manage assessments through to completion
• Prepare supporting materials and present HHAs to review boards as needed
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to support HHA development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical or science-related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the finished medical device or regulated industry
• Ability to influence across multiple sites and manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to solve issues
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams
