Senior Engineer, IAM

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end CIAM and workforce IAM integrations for enterprise applications, the full-time Senior Engineer, IAM will design, implement, and maintain authentication flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of CIAM and workforce IAM systems, focusing on Ping Identity, Okta, and DaVinci workflows
• Design and enforce MFA and adaptive authentication policies across platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards
• Develop automation and reporting tools for IAM operations to enhance visibility and reduce manual efforts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with CIAM and workforce IAM technologies, including Ping Identity and Okta
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and API integrations
• Experience in Azure Entra ID and identity lifecycle management
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and reference architectures
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, SOC2, and GDPR
