Senior Engineer II

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement and security, the full-time Senior Engineer II will manage production systems, contribute to product roadmaps, and provide on-call support while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Promote platform-level change and optimize production systems for efficiency and reliability
• Develop plans for product roadmaps and facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice
• Monitor key metrics, provide escalation support, and participate in on-call rotations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including 5 years with SailPoint IIQ
• 3 years of experience with Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, JBOSS, and programming languages such as C, C++, and Java
• 3 years of experience working with Linux and Solaris, CI/CD principles, and SDLC integration
• Experience with bug tracking and task management software, including Jira and Service Now
