Senior Engineer II

Job Summary

Driving the design and implementation of data platform engineering components, the full-time Senior Engineer II will build scalable data pipelines and develop data structures for enterprise employee data, working remotely in a collaborative agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data platform components for Employee Data as a Service programs
• Transform raw data into conformed data for data science use and develop visualization dashboarding software
• Engage in quality and performance improvement, troubleshooting production system issues, and participating in code reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including enterprise system design and BI software development
• Three years of experience with Snowflake/Kafka, SQL, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, and data modeling
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to foster connections with others
