Senior Engineer II, Texas Licensed
Job Summary
Blending technical problem-solving with customer advocacy, the full-time Senior Engineer II, Texas Licensed will troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues for field engineers and partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems using Schneider Electric equipment and remote desktop software
- Set up and configure Windows workstations/servers and Building Management Systems
- Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance departments to communicate issues and facilitate resolutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred
- 10+ years of field experience in relevant technologies
- Tridium/Niagara Field Experience with Niagara N4/AX Certification
- Strong background in HVAC/BMS Control and related technologies
- Knowledge of information technology, including TCP/IP networks and low voltage electrical systems
