Senior Engineer III, Microsoft Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer III, Digital Workspace Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and on-premises environments
• Manage and ensure optimal operation of digital workspace technologies, including Microsoft 365 services and Active Directory
• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior engineers while driving continual service improvement through documentation and automation

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• Highly desired certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and ITIL
• 10+ years supporting and engineering enterprise environments with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Advanced working knowledge of Entra ID and extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory stack
• Experience developing automation relevant to Managed Services operations
