Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of technology solutions, the full-time Senior Engineer - Infrastructure will focus on implementing, securing, and optimizing VMware-based technology solutions in a hybrid work environment based in Lakeland, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software and hardware installation, configuration, integration, and support while ensuring operational efficiency
• Drive innovation in AI platforms and champion automation processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize infrastructure platforms, ensuring security and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, including core components and adjacent appliances
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure platform management tools and operationalizing them
• 4+ years of experience implementing and migrating Windows Server & Red Hat operating systems in a secure environment
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and Infrastructure as Code Automation using relevant tools
