Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer Manager to lead their Audit Product software team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production releases of solutions and workflows for healthcare Audit product lines
• Manage and grow a team of developers responsible for backend services and tools
• Collaborate with team and external stakeholders to align projects with product development strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years managing multiple teams of developers
• 8+ years of production application development and backend server experience
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience hiring and managing performance for engineering teams
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Python, Rust, Go, Rails)
