Senior Engineer, Microsoft Purview

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineer, Microsoft Purview.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Purview solutions, including designing, testing, deploying, and managing controls and policies
• Partner with Business Units to ensure adequacy of Purview controls and policies, while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments, track KPIs related to data security, and provide recommendations to improve policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity focused on data security programs
• Expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft Purview solutions, including Compliance Manager and Information Protection
• Experience with global data security programs and technologies
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and HIPAA
• Understanding of data encryption methods for data at rest and in transit
