Senior Engineer - Microsoft VDI
Job Summary
To enhance Microsoft VDI solutions, the full-time Senior Engineer - Microsoft VDI will manage troubleshooting and client support for Remote Desktop Services while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH environments, resolving bugs and supporting enhancements based on client requirements
- Provide client support by monitoring service requests, resolving tickets, and ensuring timely communication of updates while adhering to quality standards
- Create and maintain documentation for enhancements and compliance with CMMI standards, aligning with client requirements and internal processes
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH with a strong understanding of related technologies
- Familiarity with touch services and video/telepresence tools
- Basic knowledge of software development principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues
- Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
