Senior Engineer, Production Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Automate operational tasks and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance system reliability and support incident response

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Operations, or a similar role
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly in a public cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform
• Experience in automating tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
