Senior Engineer, SAP Basis
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Engineer, SAP Basis will lead technical projects related to SAP upgrades and implementations, focusing on SAP Basis Hana and BTP administration, while providing expertise in performance monitoring and system optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and perform technical hands-on projects related to SAP applications, including upgrades and enhancements
- Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and tune a complex SAP production environment, ensuring optimal performance and capacity planning
- Develop standards and procedures for the SAP environment and consult with infrastructure teams on configuration best practices
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in SAP Basis and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM CC and CM infrastructure
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably GCP or AWS
