Senior Engineer - Steam Turbine

Job Summary

Leading projects and initiatives with broad scope, the full-time Senior Engineer - Steam Turbine will manage complex steam turbine issues, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and provide technical support for new installations and outages in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical resolution to complex steam turbine issues while mentoring others in areas of expertise
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, commercial, and manufacturing teams to develop technical solutions for customer needs
• Lead Root Cause Analysis initiatives and coordinate technical presentations at conferences and customer events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent on-the-job training in steam turbine installation/maintenance
• Demonstrated expertise in steam turbine design, installation, and/or maintenance
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion
• Strong team-building skills with the ability to develop relationships across the organization
• Experience in project management and effective communication at all organizational levels
