Key Responsibilities

• Own and modernize the Essentials platform, ensuring it remains sharp, fast, and reliable
• Oversee end-to-end roadmap and delivery, collaborating with product, GTM, and customer success teams
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team while driving customer outcomes and reducing time-to-value

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-team engineering organization in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated track record of delivering products and improving processes based on customer feedback
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in engineering practices
• Ability to manage roadmaps, budgets, and teams with a focus on customer outcomes
• Strong partnership skills with product and go-to-market teams
