Senior Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading the engineering efforts in the ANZ region, the full-time Senior Engineering Director will manage a team of Engineering Directors, oversee strategic project delivery, and drive engineering modernization while collaborating closely with senior product leadership and stakeholders in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Engineering Directors, setting direction and supporting their growth
• Own in-region delivery of key strategic projects and ensure accountability for product delivery outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders and represent engineering to both internal teams and external customers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an engineering leader at the Director level or equivalent, with a history of managing multi-squad organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with executives and cross-functional partners
• Experience in driving engineering modernization and transitioning from legacy systems to scalable architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, preferably with a background in similar platforms
• Ability to operate effectively across time zones and build trust with remote teams
