Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing the engineering and cloud operations management team
• Interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding new managers and engineers
• Collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to build and enhance features

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience leading engineering teams
• Proven track record at building resilient, scalable, secure SaaS platforms
• Experience in implementing OKRs across teams
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Prior experience in a remote-first Agile team and working with Cloud Marketplaces is a plus
