Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Excellence Manager to drive technology delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive transformative change by enabling and supporting engineering initiatives, including cloud migration and modernization
• Establish and evolve engineering frameworks to empower teams for confident and innovative delivery
• Define and govern KPIs to unlock insights and enhance delivery performance across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in technology delivery, transformation, or operational excellence roles
• Proven track record in supporting or leading large, complex initiatives
• Experience coaching or enabling delivery managers and cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of modern delivery practices such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
