Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a company-wide reliability and engineering velocity roadmap across various environments and clouds
• Collaborate with department heads to align and implement an ambitious strategic roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of management experience in rapidly growing organizations, including at least 1 year managing managers
• Experience in performance engineering, load testing, and architectural refactoring
• Familiarity with managing production workloads across multiple cloud providers
• Experience with containerized solutions and Kubernetes
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology
