Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead senior teams responsible for backend services, data stores, and APIs
Solve complex technical challenges around scalability and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in a Software Engineering Management role on backend services
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
Deep knowledge of complex and scaling SaaS products, agile processes, and workflows
Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or SQS and Microservice architecture
Extensive experience with AWS Cloud environment, Docker Containers, and Kubernetes
