Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Hire or grow internally a junior manager to help lead the team, and mentor their career growth
• Partner with tech leads, senior individual contributors, product managers, and designers to plan and deliver features and software

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a direct people management role
• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical background with experience in modern software development practices and technologies
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong alignment with the company's culture and values
