Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Scientific Injection Molding Development and Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global deployment of Scientific Injection Molding (SIM) best practices across sites
• Define and execute a global plastics processing training strategy from beginner to SME certification
• Support business development with technical guidance for quoting and feasibility assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in injection molding process development and manufacturing operations
• Expert-level knowledge of Injection Molding Processing and Scientific Injection Molding principles
• Experience managing teams or technical initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations
• RJG Master Molder Certification(s) preferred; Train the Trainer Certification highly preferred
