Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and QA engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple Experience Cloud sites, ensuring timely and within-scope project completion
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance in Salesforce development, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Experience Cloud
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams
• Proven experience in delivering multiple Experience Cloud initiatives
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools
