Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of software and ML engineers in developing a machine learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers in AI/ML solution development and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the AI/ML platform roadmap
• Provide guidance on the design and architecture of scalable AI/ML systems and drive technology decisions

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MS preferred)
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Proven experience leading software and ML engineering teams
• Experience with scalable systems on cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Understanding of MLOps principles and practices for managing machine learning workflows
