Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core systems, including the Creator SDK and content systems, ensuring support for ongoing needs
• Manage technical decisions and balance quality, speed, and scalability in collaboration with cross-discipline leaders
• Directly manage and inspire a team of approximately 10 engineers while fostering a positive and high-functioning team environment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in a high-growth consumer or B2B tech company
• Technical experience with Unity or 3D gaming development is a plus
• University degree or equivalent work experience with a technical background
• Experience in defining metrics and making product decisions based on measurable impact
• Intellectually curious about new technologies and societal changes
