Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to manage and guide a team of backend engineers while driving technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of backend engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as the technical authority, writing and reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for backend development to ensure scalable and secure solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with hands-on coding and system architecture expertise
• 5+ years of experience as a team lead or engineering manager
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java)
• Experience with security principles and tools, such as SIEM, EDR, and CSPM
• Ability to work remotely within the United States
