Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple teams
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, ECS) and API-driven systems
• Demonstrated ability in planning increments and using metrics to drive predictable outcomes
• Skilled in coaching engineers and fostering an inclusive, high-trust culture
• Familiarity with incident management best practices and observability stacks
