Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Experience and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of projects focused on enhancing developer productivity and happiness
• Promote a data-driven culture and utilize objective measurements to guide project execution and decision-making
• Build relationships across engineering teams and conduct surveys to gather feedback for strategy and roadmap development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience
• 5+ years of experience managing software development teams or engineering productivity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; Master's or Ph.D. is desirable
• Proven experience in building reliable, high-scale, cost-efficient engineering services
• Strong commitment to building diverse and high-performing teams
