• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to plan increments and use metrics to drive outcomes and improvements
• Experience in coaching engineers and fostering a high-trust, inclusive culture
• Familiarity with incident management best practices and observability tools
