Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Group Manager to lead their solutions team with a focus on backend engineering and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of backend engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define the technical roadmap and standards for backend development, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
• Mentor engineers and drive the implementation of backend systems that integrate with security tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with hands-on coding and system architecture expertise
• 5+ years of experience as a team lead or engineering manager, with a proven ability to manage high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Go, Python, or Java
• Experience building solutions deployed in customer-facing environments
• Must be able to live and work in the United States; this is a remote position within US borders
