Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of their Threat Center and Automation platform products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple distributed teams of software engineers across various regions
• Oversee agile execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects and managing risks and conflicts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions and drive continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend or micro front-end engineering
• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise software product development within distributed teams
• Proven expertise in Java, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus
