Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Capital Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable systems to automate Capital Marketplace workflows
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and data stakeholders for accurate financial data access
• Partner with engineering leadership to define the vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics automation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of people and team management experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years on product-focused engineering teams
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
• Experience building financial tooling or working in capital markets, treasury, or fintech environments (preferred)
