Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering Management
• 7+ years of experience in the software industry
• Experience with scaling B2B or consumer software, particularly SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, governance, compliance, and security
• Experience in developing teams, including performance management and coaching
