Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for large-scale data infrastructure, including data processing systems and data warehousing solutions
• Define and drive technical strategy to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals
• Guide the implementation of best practices in data quality, security, governance, and observability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, and DevOps
• 3+ years of management experience in hiring and developing teams
• Strong experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Advanced level SQL and Data Modeling skills
• Proven track record of leading technical strategy and delivering large-scale systems with cross-functional impact
